Description
Executed by performing two quarter-circle backward motions and pressing all 3 punch buttons, Cody scratches his head and shrugs with a bored expression. He then proceeds to kick a long cloud of dust at his opponent, and follows up by pulling out a wrench and attacking the opponent four times. He then strikes with an uppercut.
If it connects, he launches his opponent sky high. As they come down, Cody pulls out a steel pipe from behind his back and swings the pipe baseball-style into the opponent's back, sending them face-first into the stage's invisible "wall". To top it all off, Cody whistles as the opponent crashes into the wall and subsequently falls off. It lands up to 14 hits if successful.
Tactics
The move itself is very effective in terms of dealing with projectiles, as the dust at the start of the attack hits up to eight times, and "absorbs" most projectiles that may be headed Cody's way. It also allows Cody to pass through projectiles if timed right. The move is also a good surprise option to use when an opponent is bearing down following a knockdown (as the clearance of the dust cloud is enough to catch an opponent in almost any situation).
Cody can combo into this Ultra after successfully connecting with a Bad Stone, but the timing for this is strict, and it must be done as soon as the stone hits the opponent. The move can also be used as an anti-air (shown below), though this makes it extremely difficult to get the full animation and the most damage out of it.
