Laura Dawn Bailey (born May 28, 1981) is an American actress who provides the voice for Chun-Li in the Street Fighter IV games, Marvel vs. Capcom 3Street Fighter X Tekken and Street Fighter V. She is also the voice of Candy, the Bandaged Boy and Hoimei in IV's animated sequences (among others) as well as Ken's secretary in the Street Fighter IV OVA dub, and both the mother and child in the dub of the Super Street Fighter IV OVA.

Other notable roles include Christie (Dead or Alive 5/Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate), Lucina (Fire Emblem: Awakening) and Rise Kujikawa (Persona 4). She has also voiced Dahlia Mason in Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, Angela Orosco and Claudia Wolf in Silent Hill HD Collection, and various characters in Silent Hill: Book of Memories.

Laura began her collegiate studies at the acclaimed Quad C Theatre program at Collin County Community College in Plano, Texas.

Laura married her long-time boyfriend and fellow voice actor Travis Willingham on September 25, 2011.
