Laura Dawn Bailey (born May 28, 1981) is an American actress who provided the voice for Chun-Li in the Street Fighter IV games, Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Street Fighter X Tekken and Street Fighter V. She is also the voice of Candy, the Bandaged Boy and Hoimei in IV's animated sequences (among others) as well as Ken's secretary in the Street Fighter IV OVA dub, and both the mother and child in the dub of the Super Street Fighter IV OVA. As of Street Fighter 6, Jennie Kwan has taken over Laura's role as the English voice for Chun-Li.
Laura's other notable roles include Christie (Dead or Alive 5/Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate), Lucina (Fire Emblem: Awakening), Blaze the Cat and Omochao (Sonic the Hedgehog) and Rise Kujikawa (Persona 4). She has also voiced Dahlia Mason in Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, various characters in Silent Hill: Book of Memories, Angela Orosco and Claudia Wolf in Silent Hill HD Collection, Alice MacGregor in The Wonderful 101, and Tohru Honda in Fruits Basket.

Laura began her collegiate studies at the acclaimed Quad C Theatre program at Collin County Community College in Plano, Texas.
Laura married her long-time boyfriend and fellow voice actor Travis Willingham (who is the former English voice actor of Guile) on September 25, 2011.[1][2] They have a son together.[3]
