Lawrence Bayne (11 November 1960) is a Canadian voice actor who voiced four Street Fighter III characters; Gill, Urien, Necro and Twelve, in Street Fighter III 3rd Strike. He is also the announcer in Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (where he also reprised Cable of the X-Men, whom he played in the 1990s animated series).
