The Machine Gun Upper, also known as the Hyper Fist, is one of Dee Jay's special attacks, introduced with his inclusion in Super Street Fighter II.

Executed by charging downward then pressing upward and punch, Dee Jay performs some uppercuts of extremely fast punches. The strength of the attack depends on the punch button; the light punch does the least damage and stun, and the heavy punch does the most.
He also makes a sound while executing the move; in Super Street Fighter II, he says "dadadadadadadadaDAH!", but in Super Street Fighter IV, he says "LalalalalalalalalalalalaBOOLA!"
