Executed by pressing down-forward and Heavy Punch twice, Marisa bashes her opponent twice with overhead punches with alternating hands.
Tactics[]
The first move of the target combo is Marisa's primary overhead attack. Compared to most overheads, this one has a lengthy startup, making it easier for the opponent to read or intercept before Marisa can attack. However, it is also affected with Marisa Style, giving the overhead additional damage and frame advantage on both hit and block. By linking into in the second punch of the target combo, Marisa can inflict more damage to the opponent. Unfortunately, this move lacks versatility and practicality. Marisa cannot cancel into any special moves upon completing the target combo. Additionally, it leaves her -3 on hit; making Malleus Breaker an inviable option.
