The Marseilles Roll (マルセイユローリング Maruseiyu Rooringu?) is one of Abel's special attacks, introduced along with him in the Street Fighter IV games.

Description[]
Executed by performing a quarter-circle forward motion and pressing kick, Abel judo-rolls forward, even moving past his opponent if they are in the way. The distance traveled is determined by the kick button pressed.
The EX Special version covers double the rolled distance.
Tactics[]
Though the move deals no damage, it is useful for dodging attacks, such as fireballs, or blind-siding the enemy.
