Executed by Medium Punch, Heavy Kick, followed by Medium Punch and Medium Kick simultaneously without the claw. Vega first performs a short, fingertip thrust, followed by a roundhouse kick that launches the opponent. Vega ends the combination with a spinning swipe that knocks the opponent further back.
This target combination can only be performed if Vega is in bare-handed stance. If he is in claw-stance, then the Matador Blitz cannot be performed. In that case, Vega can then use the Matador Flash target combo.
