Description
Executed by pressing forward and Medium Kick, Vega does a small forward jump hop and delivers a downward kick with a straight leg.
Tactics
As an overhead attack, the main purpose is to break through the defenses of an opponent who insists on crouch guarding (as the attack must be blocked from a standing position). The draw back causes considerable delay, and this attack can easily be countered by an aggressive opponent by hitting Vega before he throws it.
Despite the slow startup, Vega has a variety of tools in his arsenal to fool the opponents, such as low attack confirms, to grabs and command grabs. With this overhead attack, Vega can throw this at an crouching opponent to keep them guessing.
