Metro City Bay Area is a DLC stage in Street Fighter V and the home stage to the character Abigail. It is a reincarnation of his original stage from Final Fight. This stage was released on July 25th, 2017 as well as with Abigail.
Description[]
The stage takes place in Metro City and has a day and night cycle. Round one takes place at night, round two takes place at dawn, and round three takes place at dusk.
Trivia[]
- This is the first stage in Street Fighter V to have a day and night cycle.
- To the left of the stage, it is shown that Abigail owns a garage called "Abigail's Scrap Metal".
- Inside the garage are the conveyor belts used in the bonus stage introduced in Arcade Edition.
- The stage theme is a remix of the Bay Area stage, featuring the bathroom section as the low health variation. This theme serves as Rolento's theme in the Street Fighter Alpha games, as well as the first round theme for Mad Gear Hideout in Street Fighter × Tekken.
- The Round 2 theme is a remix of the Abigail/Belger boss theme. Another remix is used as Abigail's character theme.
