Street Fighter
The original Street Fighter was composed by Yoshihiro Sakaguchi, who went under the alias "Yuukichyans Papa".
Although there are no current albums, the known soundtracks include:

Street Fighter II
Street Fighter II and it's sequels were composed by Alph Lyla with Yoko Shimomura. Other composers includes Isao Abe, Syun Nishigaki (Super and Super Turbo), OverClocked ReMix (for Turbo HD), and Miwako Iwasa, Miki Kitayama and Yasuto Takahashi, (all for Ultra).
