Neck Hanging Tree is a special attack performed by the Bison Troopers (Blade, Arkane, Khyber and F7) in arcade version of the Street Fighter: The Movie game.

Description

While close to the opponent, the Bison Trooper will grab the opponents neck and lift them off the ground, wringing the opponent repeatedly.
