Noembelu is a Native American girl who is a member of "The Dolls", a group of young female assassins brainwashed by Shadaloo. she specializes in fighting with twin hatchets and is named after the month November. Her name was originally "Little Eagle" and she was part of T. Hawk's Thunderfoot tribe.
Comics
In the Udon comics Noembelu along with nine other dolls (not including Juni & Juli) fight Cammy, T. Hawk and Rose somewhere in Mexico. When about to attack T. Hawk, Rose releases her from mind control becoming Little Eagle again. She appears again in the last issue along with T. Hawk and Julia (Juli) they set out to rebuild their village.
Trivia
- T.Hawk's ending for Street Fighter Alpha 3 shows that T.Hawk finds Juli and brings her back to his village. However, according to T. Hawk's intro to Super Street Fighter 4, he was unable to find Juli who also appears in in the new anime trailer being kidnapped by Juri Han. Noembelu hasn't appeared in this trailer yet so it's possible the doll T. Hawk rescues in Alpha 3 was Noembelu.
