Norio Wakamoto is a Japanese voice actor who was the former Japanese voice of M. Bison from 2000 to 2016.

Norio Wakamoto has also voiced other Capcom villains, as well as villains from other series including High Max from Mega Man X6 and Oda Nobunaga from the Sengoku BASARA series. He also voiced Cell from the Dragon Ball Z series.

Starting in Street Fighter 6, Wakamoto has been replaced by Taiten Kusunoki as Bison's current Japanese voice actor, who also voiced Bison in the Japanese dub of Disney's Wreck-It Ralph.
