Description[]
Executed by performing a quarter-circle-forward and pressing punch (or pressing forward and Special Attack for Modern Control) during a jump, Kimberly grabs the opponent and slams them down with a Izuna Drop. The Overdrive version ground bounces, allowing for follow-ups.
Tactics[]
Kimberly must be close to the opponent while in the air to perform this move. Nue Twister can be performed during any kind of jump. This grab can be used to end combos or as an air-to-air move to surprise the opponent. It can be cancelled from her Jumping Medium Punch for juggle combos. Nue Twister has good corner carry and creates separation between the opponent upon conclusion of the throw, allowing Kimberly to maintain pressure with Shuriken Bombs. In the corner, she gets better okizeme since she lands closer to her opponent.
The OD version causes the opponent to bounce on the ground, allowing Kimberly to continue the combo and deal optimal damage. She can follow up with a Drive Rush to close the distance and juggle the opponent while pushing them closer to the corner.
