"Upper-class American School"

Pacific High School (パシフィックハイスクール 日本校?) is a prestigious high school from the Rival Schools series. It was founded in 1921 as a school for foreigners that also served as a church.[1] It is located near Western-style buildings on the hill of a port town from Aoharu City. There is also a US military base nearby. The school's motto is to provide "elite education that is applicable worldwide in culture and sports".

The school's student population is small, just under 500. The reason behind this, however, is justifiable: The majority of the students are children from upper-class American families living in Japan. Said students' parents are mostly ambassadors, high-ranking military officers, politicians, and upper-class people.

Trivia

  • In Secret File 17, two of the game's staff members commented that they find Pacific High's school song, putting it lightly, messy, mainly due to the way it mixed English and Japanese.
  • The lyrics in Secret File 17 have small differences from other sources, the most notable being a missing word in the first line: "Leaving our faraway behind".
