David Patrick Seitz (born March 17, 1978 in Riverside, California)[1] is an American voice actor, ADR director and script writer known for his work for Bang Zoom! Entertainment, Viz Media, Funimation, New Generation Pictures, Studiopolis, Disney/Pixar, Riot Games and NYAV Post. He provided voices for English versions of Japanese anime and video games, including over 100 projects since his initial foray into the voice-over industry in 2000 with the Amazing Nurse Nanako OVA.

Within the Street Fighter community, Patrick is best known as the current English voice of Hugo. His other gaming-related roles includes voicing Bob and Jin Kazama (the latter in Tekken: Blood Vengeance) from the Tekken series and Ragna the Bloodedge from the BlazBlue series. He has also voiced one of the Resident Evil antagonists, Sergei Vladimir and he is known for voicing Scorpion in Mortal Kombat. Patrick also voices Jiren in the Dragon Ball franchise as his grunts and his voice performance are a blend between Ragna and Hugo.
