Paul Dobson (born December 7, 1963) is an accomplished voice actor born in the United Kingdom and was one of the Dobson brothers (the other was Michael Dobson). Together with Michael, Paul voiced some of the characters in the 1995 television series, Street Fighter; E. Honda, Dee Jay, T. Hawk, Fei Long, Guy, Hugo, Vega, Balrog, Birdie and Jim Bynes. His brother Michael did the voices of Cody, Damnd and Sawada.
