The Peach Gator is R. Mika's V-Reversal in Street Fighter V.
Street Fighter V | + (During guard) |
---|
Description[]
Executed by pressing forward and all three kicks after blocking an attack, R. Mika delivers a front kick to her opponent's ribs. If the initial kick hits, she then grabs her opponent by the head, turns around and drops to a seated position, forcing their neck to slam down on her shoulder.
Tactics[]
Like most V-Reversals, the purpose is to stop opponent's pressure or to get out of tough situations. This move is a solid escape option. If the opponent is constantly pressuring, R. Mika can use Peach Gator to create space and reset the neutral game at the cost of one block of V-Gauge.

Trivia[]
- In professional wrestling, this move is called a Stunner (three-quarter facelock jawbreaker). It was originally popularized by retired WWE professional wrestler "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, who called it the "Stone Cold Stunner". The kick portion of the attack, meant to force the opponent to bend forward, is a direct homage, as the entire sequence was Austin's signature attack.
