The Phantom Cutter (ファントムカッター Fantomu Kattā?) is one of Guile's Target Combos, introduced in Street Fighter 6.

Description[]
Executed by pressing down and Heavy Kick, then down-forward and Heavy Kick, Guile starts with his traditional sweep kick, then transitions into the Guile High Kick.
Tactics[]
Phantom Cutter cannot be use on a normal grounded sweep, rather it only combos when performed either from a Punish Counter/Drive Rush Crouching Heavy Kick or when used in juggle scenarios, such as a Wall Splat following a Drive Impact.
