The Psycho Charge Beta (サイコチャージベータ版 Saiko Chāji Bēta-ban) is one of Juli's special attacks, intoduced in Street Fighter Alpha 3.

Description
This move can only be used in Dramatic Battle mode while paired up with Juni. It is a non-offensive, rare ability that restores the Super Combo Gauge. Juli stands in position and starts charging, replenishing a fraction of her Super Combo Gauge, but as she is immobilized she is left susceptible to attacks.
