M. Bison Utilizing Psycho Fall.
Executed by pressing Light Punch and Light Kick, (the throw command) and pushing backwards near an opponent. M. Bison grabs the opponent by the face with one hand and lifts them up. He chuckles while blasting them with a burst of Psycho Power from point-blank range. He then turns and throws the opponent back to the other side.

Throw attacks are mainly use to get pass an opponent's defenses if they are constantly guarding. While this move inflicts less damage and stun than his forward throw, M. Bison gets decent okizeme with his back throw. As his opponent is recovering, M. Bison can follow up with a Psycho Axe to maintain pressure and regain frame advantage.
