Psycho Sever is a move used by M. Bison in the OMEGA mode in Ultra Street Fighter IV. The fierce and EX versions act as an overhead attack for use against crouch-blocking opponents. The light version is much faster and effective for reflecting all one-hit projectiles, although the slower versions may also be used (they must be timed properly to succeed).
