Punisher (パニッシャー Panisshā?) is one of Luke's throws introduced in Street Fighter V: Champion Edition.

Luke knocking out Cammy using Punisher.
Executed by pressing Light Punch and Light Kick, (the throw command) near an opponent. Luke puts his hand on the top of his opponent's head. While he pushes their head down, Luke delivers a punch to the opponent's face. As the stunned opponent recovers from the first hit, Luke follows up with another punch to the side of their head. Luke the grabs a hold of his opponent's head one more time and coldcocks them with a hook across the jaw, knocking them to the floor.

In Street Fighter V, Luke has an offensive playstyle who specializes in applying and keeping pressure on his opponent. When he has his opponent on their heels, he can sneak in a throw to break through their defenses. Punisher inflicts less damage and stun than his back throw. However, it leaves him fairly close to the opponent, giving him decent okizeme. After hitting the opponent with Punisher, he can fish for Crush Counter hits with Heavy Impact or use his projectiles to apply pressure from a distance.

- Punisher is one of the few moves in Luke's moveset that was removed from Street Fighter 6, being replaced by Sweeper.
