Quick Spin Knuckle is one of Cammy's safest [[Switch Cancel]] attacks in terms of time for partner to come in, as [[Cannon Drill]]'s first hit only connects at point blank range and the second hit alone isn't enough to keep the opponent in enough blockstun for her partner to protect Cammy in time. using QSK in this fashion can be risky due to invincibility running out before the attack comes out.

When the opponent is in [[Burnout]], this move becomes more potent. Even on block, Cammy retains frame advantage. SpinningBackfist

Cammy's Quick Spin Knuckle

"Take a spinning hop forward and strike with the back of your fist. Useful for continuing your offensive pressure or as a way to slip through an opponent's guard."
Street Fighter 6

Cammy approaches her opponent by hopping into the air and spinning her back around to the opponent before whipping her fist a full 360°. If she connects with this move up close, she can hit twice - first with her elbow, and next with her fist (via her standing heavy punch animation). In the Marvel vs. Capcom crossovers, Cammy engulfs her fist with Psycho Power.

Tactics[]

While performing this move, the user will evade most attacks, save for ones that connect with her head; however, it typically has a lengthy startup time. Quick Spin Knuckle can also go through projectiles (especially ground-based ones), even though it can be beat out by most pokes in earlier games before improvements were made to the move.

However, it can be super cancelled into the Spin Drive Smasher in Street Fighter IV, and also doubles as her Armor Break to give it extra utility on its active frames.

Quick Spin Knuckle is one of Cammy's safest Switch Cancel attacks in terms of time for partner to come in, as Cannon Drill's first hit only connects at point blank range and the second hit alone isn't enough to keep the opponent in enough block stun for her partner to protect Cammy in time. using QSK in this fashion can be risky due to invincibility running out before the attack comes out.

The EX Version does even more block stun, has a faster startup, and wall bounces her opponent on hit, making it a better option at the cost of two meter. This version also runs out of invincibility before the attack comes out however.

Street Fighter V[]

Axel Spin Knuckle is much more vital to her offensive game due to the new ability to be able to cross-up her opponent with the forward leap. Similar to previous games, Cammy can use this move to spin through fireballs, while following up with her attack as the opponent is recovering, leading to some decent combos for a good amount of damage. Even if the opponent blocks the attack, Cammy still has frame advantage over her opponent.

Street Fighter 6[]

Quick Spin Knuckle returns as one of Cammy's special moves. It is also more versatile than its previous versions. Despite its lengthy startup, this is one of Cammy's safest moves on block. The Medium and Heavy version can be used to pass through projectiles and close the distance to attack the opponent and start off combos. She can also cancel Quick Spin Knuckle into her Delta Red Assault. The OD version can also switch sides with the opponent if Cammy is within range. This can become tricky to block when in the corner, forcing them to guess which side Cammy may attack.

When the opponent is in Burnout, this move becomes more potent. Even on block, Cammy retains frame advantage. This put her opponent in a precarious situation where they are forced to block a long string of normals and safe specials from Cammy as she pushes them toward the corner. She then can cancel one of her normals into Drive Impact to bounce the opponent off the wall and put them in a stunned state, resulting in more damaging combos.
