Quinn
Master Quinn is a former Shadaloo scientist featured in one episode of the 1995 animated television series, Street Fighter.
Biography
After the events of the Street Fighter film, Quinn sought to be Bison's chief scientist. Once Bison shot down his proposal, Quinn decided to leave Shadaloo and three Bison soldiers went with him. He mutates the Bison soldiers under the pretenses that they would become stronger. In exchange, they would steal enough money so he can buy his own private island. After Chun-Li's news crew is captured by the mutants she along with Guile and Blanka investigate. After an initial encounter, the Street Fighters beat the mutants and they force Quinn to make them stronger. Eventually, Blanka also becomes stronger (albeit unintentionally) and the mutants run off as Quinn is sent to prison.
