Description

Executed by pressing Medium Punch and Medium Kick simultaneously, it is a command jump and a low to the ground air dash that allows her to come at opponents from a very aggressive arial angle, potentially crossing them up with her signature heel stomps. Rankyaku hits and floats on the way up too, building V-Gauge and allowing for some neat juggle opportunities.
By pressing Medium Punch and Medium Kick during the command jump, Chun-Li spins in midair and delivers an airborne side kick.
Tactics
This move allowing for a follow-up jump attack during her descent. It can be combo from Chun-Li's jump in attacks, allowing her to deal a good amount of damage.
If Chun-Li successfully hits her opponent with this move, it leads to a knockdown. From there she can follow up with Yosokyaku for extra damage and pressure opportunities. She can perform Yosokyaku at least three times. If the third strike is blocked, Chun-Li can fool the opponent by shifting to the right or left in the air keeping pressure on the opponent; which could possibly lead into a cross up or not.
In Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition, Chun-Li receives an additional attack with her V-Skill. Souseikyaku is used primarily as a combo extender, opening new combo opportunities. It is also a useful tool to create reset situations when paired with Chun-Li's second V-Trigger.
