Description
Executed by performing two quarter-circle forward motions and pressing two punches, Haggar jabs the opponent with a stomach punch, he then rapidly jabs the opponent before finishing the attack with an underhand uppercut and hammer punch that bounces the opponent off the ground. The attack can deal more hits if the punch button is mashed, and if it is mashed, Haggar's eyes will flash after the first punch.
