Description
Executed by performing a "shoryuken" motion and pressing kick, Evil Ryu gathers chi in his hand and throws a Satsui no Hado infused Hadoken in the air, which falls at an angle similar to Akuma's Zanku Hadoken, the EX version of the move hits twice.
