Rashid: "What is strength? Hah, you know what? I've been thinking of that for a long time now."
"With strength and sincerity, always. Hm? wondering what that's all about? My father drummed that saying into me constantly. It's one of the teachings of our family, going way back. Basically, It just means that strength isn't enough. Being unashamed and sincere to others is also important. I know I can be pretty irresponsible sometimes... But that particular teaching is something I strive to uphold. Now that you're my prized pupil, I think that's something you should keep in mind yourself!"
"Content creation's tough. I upload videos on the regular... But my content's just not pulling in the views that I'm looking for. Any idea why?
(Answer: You're boring?) "Wow, you're blunt. I wasn't expecting such a straight-forward answer... ...and you dinged my ego good. But you can't make anything if you don't make mistakes, so I appreciate the honesty, thanks."
(Answer: Your production value is cheap?) "Hold up, are you serious? Just to set the record straight, if there's one thing that Rashid doesn't do, it's cutting corners. I always give 100%, even with these vids. But I gotta admit, I still need to learn a thing or two about creating content, haha."
"Truthfully, I'm not really in this for the views. I get to throw down with people from all walks of life when I travel and make these videos. That's what really drives me. I mean it. And no, I'm not just trying to make excuses. Hahaha!"
"Did I ever tell you about the time I was a hero and saved the world? You think I'm joking, right? But I'm being real serious. It involved this crime syndicate called Shadaloo. They were real evil, like comic book level evil. They set off a chain of events that threw the world into total chaos. You might have heard about it in the news, right? that whole thing with the Black Moons and all. While I was searching for my missing friend, I wound up getting involved in that whole mess. And it was me who ended up taking out those Black Moons. I had no idea that searching for my friend would end up with me saving the world, but hey, we take those. I never did find my friend, unfortunately. I still think about her all the time. I realized something at that time. A whole Hollywood "save the world" plot... It all started from something simple like looking out for someone close to you. Woah, listen to me. Who'd have thought I could come out with something so profound. Hahaha!" (A Bond With Rashid: 1)
"You travel all over the place to learn new techniques from different fighters, right? That's the life! I'm a big fan of traveling myself. There's nothing quite like travel for teaching you all the lessons that life's got to give, right?"
"I'm a real tech geek, as you might've noticed. There's a constant stream of new products hitting the market, always topping the last for specs and features... You can't help but want to click that buy button, right? I don't want to think about how much of an earful Azam would give me for buying more stuff I already have though."
"Still feels kinda weird to hear you refer to me as your master... How about you just think of me as your friend, huh? After all, the way I look out for you, well, that's just what friends do."
"Heya, did I ever tell you about Azam?"
(Answer: I think you did...)
(Answer: About who?)
"Azam, my aide and butler. He's been looking after me ever since I was little. And despite his hulking frame, he pays attention to even the tiniest of details. He's really something...
(Answer: An aide? You must be rich.) "Hahaha! Well, you're not wrong there. My father's the head of a prestigious family. And Azam has served as the head's aide for generations."
(Answer: Sounds like you two are close.) "Hahaha! That's right... He can be a bit of a killjoy sometimes, but there's nobody I'd rather have by my side."
"And you wouldn't know it by looking at him, but he's something of a big deal in the world of butlers. I heard he's been holding lectures for servants of the royal family in Nayshall. In fact, that seems to be the main reason for him wanting to come here. For once, he's the one dragging me around from place to place, haha!"
"Has hate ever driven you to fight? The turbulent wind doesn't hate anyone. It simply surges wherever it's taken. But there's was this one time where I really lost my cool. You could say I was like a fire-breathing tornado! There was this guy I ran into. He had an...uncomfortable love for toxins. Poisons, and all that stuff. Basically the kinda guy that'd stab you from behind with a poisoned knife or something. A real dirty fighter. He didn't stop at toying with lives either. He just had no respect for the hopes, hearts, or souls of others. I couldn't let him keep getting away with it, y'know? I was so filled with rage, it was like I blanked out. During our fight he got me a few times with his poison but my anger pushed me through it all, until I won. I'm certain if I had to face him again, I wouldn't be able to control myself. And that, is not something I want to experience again."
"Stop me if you've been asked this before, but is it true that you're fighting drones and cleaning robots? I'm only asking because that sounds hella fun. I bet if I took a vid of it'd go viral in a second! Maybe I should give something like that a try... With my own spin, of course. Like "Cool Clash: Rashid vs Fridge." What do you think? Has a nice ring to it, right?"
"Teaching you moves and stuff like this got me thinking... About back when I was still learning the ropes. Azam was the one who taught me the basics back then. We used to gather up all the kids in the family and have Azam coach us... But even without much guidance, I still stuck out as the best of the bunch. I guess that's why I didn't take training seriously at all. Because I mean...it's just practice. I remember telling Azam that I'd be able to beat him when I grew up. Haha...I was a cocky little brat. Anyway, Azam calls one of my cousins that he spent a lot of time coaching. He was thinner than a slice of Markook! And he demands that my cousin and I fight each other. And my cousin creamed me like I was nothing. I couldn't even lay a finger on him. My pride was in ruins after that. Hahaha! But let me tell you, losing that fight did wonders for me, seriously. If your heart is full of arrogance, you won't have any room to find true strength. That's the greatest lesson Azam ever taught me." (A Bond With Rashid: 2)
"I head that some big NGO has been installing internet infrastructure here to help digitalize the region... Some aren't too happy about it though, since it's not quite the kind of help people here really need right now. For me, I appreciate being able to get on the net wherever I go... But there's definitely a more difficult conversation to be had here."
"I know you're on a mission to become strong, but you don't want to rush things. It's like they say, patience is the key to happiness. Keeping it slow and steady is what's important. Which is sagely advice, but it's not for me. I bore easily. Go figure. Azam's always quick to give me the whole talk when I abandon a new gadget right after getting it, hah!"
"What's that? What does street fighting mean to me? Well, it just so happens I talked about that in a vid up on my channel. You should go check it out! That's not good enough for you? Alright, then tell me what you want to know."
(Answer: What got you started?) "That's an easy question. I wanted to save a friend of mine. She went missing one day, and my search for her lead to an organization called Shadaloo. You've probably heard of them, but when it comes to evil and cruelty, they were a step above everyone else. But to save my friend, I had no choice but to fight them. In the end though, I didn't make it in time..."
(Answer: What was your goal?)
"My style is called parkour, apparently. The place I grew up in had tons of tricky to navigate alleyways in between these cool sun-dried brick houses. I used to bound off the walls and run around the rooftops for fun. Eventually it became second nature. So I'm complete self-taught, but I guess a few people started calling it parkour to give it an identity."
"The other day I was messing around with a SiRN drone cam and taking some vids. All of a sudden the freakin' thing just ups and flies off to who knows where. I don't know if I flubbed the controls or the drone had a bug in it or what. But the whole thing has made me lose faith in the quality of SiRN's products."
"Yo! My prized pupil, what's shaking? Hm? Worried about your progress? I get you, we hall have those days. One day you're blazing hot, the next day cold as ice. Life's all about those ups and downs. You just gotta be like the wind, you know? Keep pushing forward!"
"Yoooo, I see you, and I know what you want! Your face tells the whole story! You want to step up to the plate and take me on, right? Haha, I knew it. "The Star Pupil Takes on the Turbulent Wind"! It'll make for a great title when I upload it." (Pre-Mastery Fight)
"Now that's how you do it! With that, I'd say you've become just as fine as a Jed--Fighter! Just as fine a fighter as me. And not to brag or anything, but I like to think that I'm pretty good at this fighting thing. Like, "I literally saved the world" level of good. So carry this victory with pride, you've earned it." (Mastery Achieved)
"Man, it sure has been interesting teaching someone. Y'know, I can picture you training someone yourself next. As for me, I guess I'd go and travel the world again. There's still a lot I haven't experienced yet."
"All the development going on here hasn't come without its share of drama. Like that terrorist incident. Wild stuff. You hear about that?"
(Answer: Yup, I heard) "Not surprised, Ken Masters teaming up with a group of resistance fighters...the script writes itself. They're saying he was the brains behind the operation, and that he was also funding the whole thing."
(Answer: ...The what now?) "You don't know? How could you now? That's all people were talking about when the news broke. So former U.S. martial arts champion Ken Masters was accused of being the mastermind behind a terrorist plot."
"But it turns out that it was the work of some cyber terrorist group instead. Seems they used all the commotion to seize control of Nayshall's digital financial infrastructure. Now, a lot of people thought that was the end of it, but it's not looking that way now... The word going around is that a particular organization might've been pulling the strings all along. That's right, Shadaloo. The guys that I thought I'd taken down. And that, my friend, is part of the reason I decided to come here. I needed to be sure. Ah, by the way... Ken, the guy that got dragged into all of this? I had a run-in with him a while back. With the way this blew up on him, I doubt he'll be taking center stage again any time soon.. And I've gotta say, as a fellow fighter, I'm kinda worried for the guy."
"The NGO that's supporting Nayshall is represented by a guy who goes by the name JP. Johan Petrovic. Seems to be quite the man of mystery... But thing I'm hearing is that he might have some connection to Shadaloo. A little after we touched down, Azam and I went to visit the royal family here... And JP was there. At first blush, he looked like your typical well-dressed businessman. He wasn't like those Shadaloo chumps that I took down during that Black Moon craziness. Quite the opposite, actually. I didn't get a single bad vibe from him. If anything through, isn't that even more suspicious? Haha! I mean, am I being paranoid? My family's part of a royal lineage that goes way back. And through the ages, you see the same thing... People in positions of power tend to attract those who may seem good at first, but are just hiding their true colors. Anyways, it's not like I can do much about anything right now... But seeing as I was the hero that took down Shadaloo, I feel like I need to look into this situation. If I get the chance, I'll definitely be poking around to see what else I can learn about this Johan guy." (A Bond With Rashid: 3)
Friendship Level 100
What's the deal with me being called Prince...?
It kinda came about from a chat I had with a fellow FooTuber, and then it kinda just stuck as my handle.
But anyways, it's not completely off the mark, I guess. Had things gone differently, that's probably what I'd be.
You see, my ancestors actually founded a kingdom.
That's all ancient history, way before any of us were alive. But the stories and legends from those times still live on.
The kingdom was so vast, you can ride on horseback from sunrise to sunset for 10 days and still not reach the border.
Sounds crazy, right? But apparently it was true.
My ancestors were originally nomads who wandered the desert. They followed the camels as they grazed across the land.
I'm guessing that the travel bug I have is thanks to my ancestors.
...Now where was I? Oh yeah, the kingdom. So one fateful day, the kingdom fell to ruin.
To put it more accurately, it got obliterated.
There were other tribes that had their eyes on the stretch of land that my ancestors controlled.
In the end, they managed to ambush my ancestors and drive them off the land.
As the legend goes, the invaders had fair skin and golden hair, and flew banners split evenly red and blue...
But no records of what really happened remain.
One of those cases of the truth being lost to history, I guess.
So, getting back to that whole thing about people calling me Prince...it's not so far-fetched.
It definitely is weird if you know your history though, haha!
Master Missions
Cheering On Your Charge
"You remember Azam was putting together that educational video, right? Seems like he couldn't find the right person to play the lead so nothing's been filmed yet. And no one's gonna believe that a top fighter like me is going to lose a fight, you know what I'm saying? So that's where you come in. You've learned some of my best moves, and now I need you to lend Azam a hand."
Azam: " I see. Well them, if you are the young master's disciple, that would in turn make you my disciple's disciple. I will entrust the role of the deflated master to you. To begin, let's enact the moment after the master has suffered a soul-crushing defeat. Are you ready?"
(Answer: Yes) (Fight ensues and Avatar loses)
Azam: ""This is no time to be down in the dumps. You know what must be done, and I shall be at your side." Show your charge you will stand by them. The key is to be comforting, but not coddling. Next, let us roleplay a scenario in which the master has suffered but a regrettable, narrow defeat. Are you ready?"
(Answer: Yes) (Fight ensues and Avatar loses again)
Azam: ""I share in your frustrations, master. Let us use this to stoke the fire to forge a better you." Take those feelings of regret and disappointment, and turn them into fuel to drive your charge forward. And to draw things to a close, let us depict a charge who has triumphed in their endeavors. Are you ready?"
(Answer: Yes) (Fight ensues and Avatar wins)
Azam: ""Just as expected. Magnificent. Clearly the fruits of your continued diligence." Acknowledge the victory, so as not to diminish their joy, and finish with a hint of introspection. Yes, this shall all make for some fine educational material I should think. Thank you for your assistance."
"Hey there movie star! Looks like Azam got everything he needed without any trouble. Did he give you the whole "stoking fires" and "fruits of diligence" spiel? I get it all the time, haha."
Tracking the Trackers
"I've noticed a ton of drones buzzing around here recently. But, y'know, can't blame 'em. When a star like me rocks up, I guess it makes sense that everyone wants to get a look. But I gotta admit, the way they're just...hovering without a word doesn't feel right."
"So, someone out there's been spying on me? Alllrighty, you up for playing hero? Go out there and find out who we're dealing with!" (After defeating four Attack-Type-Drones)
AS-60: "Whaddya want!? You got something against our drones or something!?"
AS-60: "That Rashid guy was one of the buttheads behind the destruction of our headquarters... Lord Bison and the great Shadaloo may be gone for now, but bet your bottom dollar, we'll be back stronger than ever! And until that day comes, we'll be keeping a close eye on any fighters that might try to get in our way!" (Post-Fight)
"Huh. Had to deal with some real creeps, eh? At any rate, the drones have buzzed off for now. Thanks, friend!"
Master Assist
"Whaddya say about us fighting together in battle? It'd be like one of those buddy cop films!"
"That rush you get when you make your heroic entrance and save the day...there's nothing quite like it! Am I wrong? I don't know about you, but I was born to play the hero, haha!"
Learning a new technique
"To tell you the truth, this is actually my first time teaching someone... Still trying to figure it all out, but anyways, I imagine you'll be alright handling this."
"Ready for another top-tier move, direct from Mister Turbulent Wind himself? Don't sit on it until the right moment. Use it to your heart's content!"
"I've no doubt you're ready for this one. Come on, be a little more confident. If I'm saying you're ready, you're definitely ready!"
"I bet you're just itching for a new move, right? Well, I've got just the thing for you!"
"You've really been making strides! This move's all yours. You've got this!"
Sparring
"Ah, that look on your face... Looks like someone's tired of just watching, am I right? Well it's quarter-past time for a fight, so let's go!"
(Answer: Yes) (Fight ensues)
(Answer: No) "It seems like you and I are different time zones then. Hit me up later if you want to train."
"Alright, shall we see how strong you've become?
(Answer: Yes) (Fight ensues)
(Answer: No) "Well, I'm happy to go whenever you are."
"What will it be today? Up for working up a little sweat?
(Answer: Yes) (Fight ensues)
(Answer: No) "No? Well, I'll catch you around then."
"Looking for a fight? I'm ready to go if you are.
(Answer: Yes) (Fight ensues)
(Answer: No) "No? Well, I'll catch you around then."
"Now, I've got nothing left to teach you... But y'know I'm always happy to have a little showdown with you, friend."
(Answer: Let's get it on!)
(Answer: Sorry, maybe another time.) "No? Well, I'll catch you around then."
"Sure am glad I decided to take you under my wing. You've got the skills that make fighting fun." (Post-sparring)
"Don't worry about it. Just try to loosen up a bit next time." (Post-sparring Rashid wins)
"I think it may be high time for me to start putting a little more effort into these sparring sessions, hah! (Post-sparring)
"Bravo, bravo! You're really coming into your own," (Post-sparring)
"Haha! That was a blast! Let me know whenever you wanna go again." (Post-sparring)
Gifts
"Huh? You've brought me something? Aw, you shouldn't have. Thank you." (Giving a gift to Rashid)
"A present, for me? I won't say no to that." (Giving a gift to Rashid)
"Really have to commend you on your generosity. Thank you." (Giving a gift to Rashid)
"You know what they say, "Virtue is a gift in and of itself." I really appreciate you going through the trouble to bring me something. Thank you." (Reaction to Gift)
"...What's this now? Man, you really don't see discs around much these days, eh? But getting one like this, you can't help but wonder what's stored on it." (Reaction to Junk Disc)
"Ah, one of these again. You've really got an eye for them. But, y'know, that last one you gave me was actually pretty interesting once I played around with it. I don't know how to explain it, but, there was just something nostalgic about it." (Reaction to Junk Disc)
"Oh? And what have we here...? It's like it was made with gadget lovers in mind, but also, not. It's sushi... Right? But why would anyone make a sushi memory stick... Don't get me wrong, I love it! You can never have too many memory sticks! Thank you." (Reaction to Sushi Memory Stick)
"No one can hold down the roaring winds of the desert."

"The people living in the desert crafted these threads to ensure that it's lightweight and airy to make living in the desert much easier. And since I can generate my own wind, it's even cooler! Haha!"
Happy Birthday, Rashid! (2024)
"To be honest, my family and I have never been about holding big parties for a birthday...but I do appreciate that I was brought into this world! Everyone's warm wishes also get me right in the feels, I'll have you know. Now, you go and have yourself a good day too!"
Happy Birthday, Rashid! (2025)
"Hm, all I've been doing is fighting, capturing footage and fiddling with new doohickies. I guess now that I think about it, I haven't done a whole lot this year! But hey, taking it easy and enjoying life is totally fine if you ask me!"
