Description[]

Executed by performing a diagonal half-circle forward motion and pressing kick, Fei Long launches himself towards the opponent with a traditional flying dragon kick, tucking himself into a roll and which strikes with a forward somersaulting leg slam with his following leg all in one motion, usually causing two hits of damage.

The move was a double turning twist kick in its original appearance, but its animation was changed to its current appearance in Street Fighter IV. It also comes complete with armor breaking properties and a phoenix scream background sound effect.

The startup, horizontal speed, distance, and vertical height are determined by the kick button pressed, with heavier versions meaning bigger speed, distance and height, but also bigger startup time. The EX Special version introduced in the Street Fighter IV series flies much longer and faster, and goes through projectiles.

In Ultra Street Fighter IV's OMEGA Mode, the light and medium versions were altered. The light version only hits with the flip and the leg slam, dealing only two hits, but causes knockdown. The medium version has him perform a second kick after the leg slam, and has him move upwards during the attack.

Tactics[]

This move works well in combos, and is ideal for covering ground and closing in, as well as punishing and going over most low attacks.
