This is an attack used by [[Fei Long]]. It involves him launching himself towards the opponent with a flying kick which he eventually combos into a front flip kick, upon hitting the opponent. The move also has armour break properties, but only on the first hit. The [[EX Special|EX]] version of this attack allows Fei Long to pass through projectiles and is much faster than the original. Description

Vs200319-002

Rekkukyaku passing through Rose's Soul Spark in Street Fighter IV.

The move was a double turning twist kick in its original appearance, but its animation was changed to its current appearance in Street Fighter IV. It also comes complete with armor breaking properties and a phoenix scream background sound effect.

The startup time, horizontal speed, distance, and vertical height are determined by the kick button pressed, with heavier versions meaning bigger speed, distance and height, but also bigger startup time. The EX Special version introduced in the Street Fighter IV series flies much longer and faster, and goes through projectiles.

Tactics

This move works well in combos, and is also ideal for covering ground and closing in, as well as punishing and going over most low attacks.
