The Rekkukyaku (裂空脚 Rekkuukyaku?, "Rending Air Leg"), also informally known by the nickname "Chicken Wing", is one of Fei Long's special attacks, introduced in Super Street Fighter II Turbo.

Description
Executed by performing a diagonal half-circle forward motion and pressing kick, Fei Long launches himself towards the opponent with a traditional flying dragon kick, tucking himself into a roll and which strikes with a forward somersaulting leg slam with his following leg all in one motion, usually causing 2 hits of damage.

The move was a double turning twist kick in its original appearance, but its animation was changed to its current appearance in Street Fighter IV. It also comes complete with armor breaking properties and a phoenix scream background sound effect.
The startup time, horizontal speed, distance, and vertical height are determined by the kick button pressed, with heavier versions meaning bigger speed, distance and height, but also bigger startup time. The EX Special version introduced in the Street Fighter IV series flies much longer and faster, and goes through projectiles.
