Not to be confused with the original Street Fighter character Retsu.
Retu (烈 Retsu?) is a fictional character from the Final Fight series introduced in the game Final Fight 2.
Appearance
Retu appeared in full kabuki costume with a massive build and long pink hair.
Story
Final Fight
Retu was the leader of the revived Mad Gear Gang. Apparently, Retu attempted to take the place of former Mad Gear head Belger, but failed. Retu fought against Maki in his dojo in Japan, but was defeated and killed by her. Maki kicked him through the dojo's window, avenging her family. Coincidentally, this was the fate of Belger in the original Final Fight.
Fighting style
Retu's fighting style was similar to Won Won's. He also had a signature move, which seems to be a variation of the spinning kick move Tatsumaki Senpukyaku used by Ryu in the Street Fighter series.
