Template:Improve3 Rindo-kan Karate is the martial arts style used by Makoto. There is also a dojo that teaches it, though not many people know of it. Because of this, Makoto fights to show the world how strong the style is.

It bears a resemblance to real-life Shotokan karate, much more so than the Ansatsuken that Ryu, Ken and the other shoto-clones use.
