The Rose Thorn (ローズソーン, Rōzu Sōn) is one of Vega's special attacks, exclusive to the OMEGA Mode of Ultra Street Fighter IV.

Description[]
Executed by simply pressing any kick button during the Flying Barcelona Attack, Vega will dive towards the opponent while performing his heavy diagonal kick.
The EX Special version introduced in Ultra Street Fighter IV (executed by pressing two kick buttons right as Vega jumps off the wall/fence) knocks the opponent high into the air, allowing for juggles if timed correctly.
Tactics[]
It can be performed after flying over an opponent’s head, making it a difficult move to read.
Trivia[]
- As is the case with many attacks that involve the word "Rose", this attack has no relation to the female combatant called Rose.
