DescriptionEdit

Executed by charging backward, then pressing forward and kick, F.A.N.G creates a poison carpet on the ground.

TacticsEdit

Ryobenda

This move is both a zoning and offensive tool for F.A.N.G.. It can be used to extend or end combos. The Ryobenda can be also be used as wall to protect F.A.N.G as he zones out his opponent. He can stand right on it while he is up close and pressuring his opponent, forcing them to block. In addition, F.A.N.G can create tricky mix-up situations with the poison bomb. While the damage output of this move is minimal, it puts the opponent in a poisoned state. His opponent will slowly lose life until the poison runs out or unless F.A.N.G is hit.

Each version is has its own unique properties. The Light version has the shortest startup of 14 frames. The duration for the poison bomb is the shortest as well. It leads to a knockdown and can absorb fireballs. Light Ryobenda is a decent way to end combos without having to burn meter. This version is mainly used to create safe pressure.

The Medium version has a longer startup. While this version does not lead to a knockdown, the poison bomb will be left on the ground for a few moments. It is a good move to throw out after a poke to catch his opponent trying to advance on him. The Heavy version has the longest startup. It has the same properties as the Medium version, but lasts even longer on the screen.

The EX version absorbs up to two fireballs hits. Not only it leads to a knockdown, but it also has the longest duration of how long the poison bomb remains on the screen. On hit, it puts the opponent in a juggle state, allowing F.A.N.G to extended combos.

Overall, this is a great move. If used effectively, it can frustrate his opponents and stop their approach. By keeping them at a distance and using a poisonous wall for protection, F.A.N.G can chip away his opponent's health bit by bit.
