"Now I'm serious!"

Sakura Senpu (桜旋風 Sakura Senpū?) is Sakura's second V-Trigger in Street Fighter V.

Street Fighter V Arcade-Button-HPunch+Arcade-Button-HKick

Executed by pressing Heavy Punch and Heavy Kick simultaneously, Sakura’s fists and feet become enveloped by blue ki energy that amplifies her Shouoken and Shunpukyaku.

While her first V-Trigger enhances Sakura's zoning and offensive pressure through improved block strings and fireballs, her second V-Trigger gives her more combo and damage potential. Her Shunpukyaku and Shouoken are all enahnced, similarly to her EX version. Performing any of the aforementioned attacks consumes about 1/4 of Sakura's V-Gauge. Also, it is a 2-bar V-Trigger, which means that Sakura doesn't have to sacrifice much health to obtain this move. It is also possible that she can use Sakura Senpu twice in one round.

Even though her Shunpukyaku is improved during Sakura Senpu, it doesn't make her safe on block. In addition, the startup, range, and damage output are the same, regardless of which kick button is pressed. Like her EX Shunpukyaku, it hits four times; with the fourth hit launching her opponent into the air. This allows Sakura to cancel into her V-Skill, following-up to with either Sakura Otoshi or Oukakyaku.

Her Shouoken, while her V-Trigger is active, makes Sakura fully invincible during the start and active frames of the move. This gives her a true reversal option at the cost of 1/4 of her V-Gauge, rather than spending her Critical Meter. Shouoken performs similarly to her Midare Zakura, where Sakura performs two consecutive, jumping uppercuts with her fist trailing with blue ki energy. However, while Sakura Senpu increases her damage output, she is vulnerable in a Counter Hit state.
