Samantha (サマンサ Samansa?) is the mother of Blanka. Blanka is seen reuniting with her in his Street Fighter II ending. She is also seen in his ending in Street Fighter IV and appears as a non-playable character that can be spoken to in Blanka's home stage, Ranger's Hut, in Street Fighter 6's World Tour mode.
