Scott McNeil (born September 15, 1962) is an Australian-born Canadian voice actor and actor who is known to have major roles in both anime and live action. In the 1995 animated television series Street Fighter, he had a variety of roles in different episodes, voicing Ken Masters, Blanka, Rolento, Rory, Wo Fat, Lord Zing and The Great Oni.
