Sebastian is a character in Street Fighter 6 who works as the Event Counter employee in the Battle Hub. He lets the player know about upcoming tournaments and rewards during a Giant Attack event.

Sebastian wears a white and black suit and pants with yellow trim and the Battle Hub logo on it as well as a rounded hat of the same color. He has black hair, blue eyes and glasses, and also has an extendable microphone held to the side of his ear. On his arm, he wears a golden watch.
