(Undid revision 42449 by Anis91 They do in fact hit the opponent; that's how Yang can get 99-hit combos. Watch some videos by Desk to see) |

Seiei Enbu is Yang's third Super Art in the Street Fighter III series and his Super Combo in Super Street Fighter IV. Executed by performing two quarter-circle forward (in SF3, backward in SF4) motions and pressing punch, the technique has Yang briefly pause to gather his ki in a flash with the Super Gauge turning into a timer which begins counting down, and continue fighting. However, while the technique is active, blue or red afterimages of Yang follow behind him and echo everything he does split-seconds later. The echoed attacks of these afterimages cause more Blockstun and Hitstun to the opponent, allowing Yang to more easily string attacks together into combos. The technique itself can be started in the middle of a combo, allowing Yang to conserve his Super Gauge for when he knows it will connect.
