Description[]
Executed by pressing down and Medium Punch, followed by forward and Heavy Kick, Ibuki first delivers a crouching palm strike. If the first attack hits, Ibuki spins and finishes the combination with a split-legged kick, similar to her Bonshogeri.
Tactics[]
This is one of Ibuki's target combos. While Ibuki cannot cancel into any of her special attacks with this combo, she can try to score a Crush Counter hit in between the first and second attack. Normally, her Crouching Medium Punch is only -1 block, which means her opponent begin their attack as Ibuki finishes recovering. However, by pressing forward and Heavy Kick at the end of the first attack, Ibuki can stuff her opponent's counter attack and fish Crush Counters for good damage. However, like most of Ibuki's target combos, this one is also unsafe on block. If the opponent blocks all three of Ibuki's attacks, they can punish her an inflict a decent amount of damage right back.
