The Shikusen (疾空閃 Shikkuusen?, "Flurry Flash") is one of Juri's special attacks, introduced in Super Street Fighter IV.

Heavy kick version

Executed by performing a quarter-circle backward motion and kick in midair, Juri suddenly swoops down towards the opponent foot-first. The horizontal distance and angle at which she travels is determined by the kick button pressed, as shown in the images. If she finds her opponent, she can opt to follow up with a pair of kicks called the "2nd Impact" by pressing kick again, and if kick is pressed one more time, she will finish with a final kick called the "3rd Strike" which sends the foe flying away.

The EX Special version automatically follows through to the 3rd Strike if it connects and bounces the opponent off the wall, setting them up for juggles. This is a popular way to set up her Kaisen Dankairaku.

Despite being a diving kick, its angles and hitbox placements don't enable it to be as good of a cross-up like with other diving moves, and works better as a punish tool from the air.

Ultra Street Fighter IVEdit

The attack was modified in Ultra Street Fighter IV: the normal version can now only be performed while jumping forward (similar to Cammy's Cannon Strike), and the EX Shikusen no longer automatically follows through to the 3rd Strike (the player must manually enter the rest of the string). Like the EX Cannon Strike, the EX version can still be performed while jumping backwards.
