- "Here I come!"
- —Akira
The Shin'Iha (心意把 Shin'iha?, "Mind Bundle") is one of Akira's throws in Street Fighter V. It is a recurring bajiquan attack in Japanese media.
Street Fighter V | + (Forward) |

Description[]
Executed by pressing Light Punch and Light Kick, (the throw command) near an opponent. Akira grabs her opponent's arm and yanks them toward her to get them off-balance. With a strong grip on their arm, she steps forward, placing her front foot in between her opponent's feet. Akira then thrusts her shoulder into her opponent with explosive force, sending them flying across the stage.
Tactics[]
In Street Fighter V, Akira specializes in close to mid-range combat. She becomes more of a threat one she is in her opponent's face, frustrating them with strong pokes and cancellable normals to maintain pressure. When she has her opponent on their heels, she can sneak in a throw to break through their defenses. Shin'Iha inflicts less damage and stun than her back throw. It also pushes her opponent almost 3/4 of the screen away from her, allowing her to reset the neutral game or to charge up her Kiko Kai with her first V-Skill. If Akira uses her forward throw in the corner, she can get better okizeme since it leaves her opponent within striking distance. After hitting her opponent with Shin'Iha, she can follow up with a meaty Standing Heavy Punch fish for Crush Counter hits with Standing Heavy Kick or Kaihosho.

Trivia[]
- The other Akira (Akira Yuuki) from the Virtua Fighter series, who is also a bajiquan user, also has this technique as one of his throw attacks, but does not knock down like the Rival Schools Akira's version and can be directly followed-up into extra inputs.
