Debut: Street Fighter Alpha
The Shinkuu Tatsumaki Senpukyaku (真空竜巻旋風脚, shinkū tatsumaki senpukyakyu, "Vacuum Hurricane Kick") is a Super charge of the normal Tatsumaki Senpukyaku; when executed, the Shinkuu Tatsumaki Senpukyaku can hit the opponent multiple times, but, unlike the normal Tatsumaki Senpukyaku, it'll not move across the Screen. In Street Fighter III and IV this move is the EX-Version of his normal Tatsumaki Senpukyaku.
