Shoenryu is one of Fei Long's special attacks, exclusive to Ultra Street Fighter IV: OMEGA mode.
Description
Executed by performing a quarter-circle back and pressing punch, Fei Long stomps forward and strikes the opponent's midsection before delivering a flaming uppercut with his other hand. The EX version does two hits during the uppercut instead of one.
