Shuga is one of Garuda's special attacks in the Street Fighter EX series.

Description

Executed with a quarter-circle forward motion and punch, Garuda shoots a sharp spike from his stomach, cutting the opponent.

Tactics

Shuga does high chip damage on block, and can be cancelled into his Super Combos.
