The Spinning Arrow (スナイピングアロー Sunaipingu Arō) is one of Juli's special attacks, introduced in Street Fighter Alpha 3.

Description

Executed by performing a quarter-circle forward motion and pressing kick, Juli performs a quick flying kick that travels across the screen.

The kick button determines the distance from attack. The light version flies little. The medium version flies half of the screen. The heavy version flies across the screen.
