Soaring Eagle Punches is one of Chun-Li's unique attacks, and her newly renamed Target Combo in Street Fighter 6. It made its debut in Street Fighter III 3rd Strike. Since then, Chun-Li has retained the ability to strike twice with her Jumping Heavy Punch.

Executed by pressing the Heavy Punch button twice in midair, Chun-Li punches her opponent with one arm, following with another hard punch with the other arm.
Tactics[]
Chun-Li can attack opponents with this move while jumping at her opponents, which serves as a solid jump-in start attack. In Street Fighter: 3rd Strike and Street Fighter 6, Chun-Li can follow up with this move after her Level 2 Super Art, jumping in the air and intercepting her opponent before they hit the ground.
