The Soul Discriminator is one of Necalli's throws in Street Fighter V.

Description
Necalli lifting Cammy up during Soul Discriminator.
Executed by pressing Light Punch and Light Kick, (the throw command) and pushing backwards near an opponent. Necalli delivers a Tiger's Claw strike to his opponent's stomach. Upon making contact with their midsection, Necalli lifts his opponent off of their feet. He then turns and throws his opponent over his head to the other side, causing them to land on their upper back and neck.
Tactics
This throw puts a good amount of space between Necalli and his opponent. It is also an effective way to reset the neutral game. While this does less damage than his forward throw, he can also use his Soul Discriminator to put his opponent back in the corner, should they escape. Necalli's throws are useful to open up the opponents who are constantly blocking.
While it does significantly less damage compared to his command grab, it has a fast recovery. This means that Necalli can still counter his opponent with Raging Light if they jump to avoid his grabs, giving him time to attack. By mixing Necalli's normal throws with his command grabs, it puts the opponent in a difficult situation where they have to guess what he is going to do next, especially when he has positional and frame advantage.
